This video from Coach Elton Wong about Barebow risers is a great resournces for new shooters to getinto the weeds of what to buy and where. Also we wanted to provide some feedback on riser length and fit for barebow archers. Barebow allows shooters to go a little but longer in length than our Olympic recurve counter parts. There are pros and cons to longer recurve bows for sure but because we typically aren’t shooting split finger and the string angle of a longer bow has some what positive impact and feel for barebow.
